The Oakland Athletic League - OAL Middle School Flag Football Coed League is the most exciting middle school flag football league in Northern California Ã?¢?? Oakland Section! We offer programs for boys and girls, ages 11 Ã?¢?? 13, within the Oakland Unified School Districts and local Charter Schools in the area. The OAL is committed to providing quality teaching, training, and playing experiences. while implementing the ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, commitment, self-respect, and respect for others. Our goal is to develop future generations of football players who represent the game, themselves, and the community with the highest level of character.
